INTRODUCTION
Indonesia is a beautiful country with so many islands. one of the islands is Lombok Island, in West Nusa Tenggara province. For tourism, Lombok is much more tranquil and quiet than Bali but still has the same tropical climate and beautiful beaches. Let's show the world that Indonesia has not only Bali, but also another wonderful places, especially Lombok Island.
TASK
You are an ambassador of Lombok Island. You have to promote Lombok Island, explain all interesting things about the place, how to get there, etc.
1. Design a booklet of Lombok Island containing interesting places to visit, culinary of Lombok, accomodation, and another important information to know.
2. Make a power point and make a presentation in a seminar (in front of class)to promote Lombok Island as a great choice to spend holiday. The presentation will takes 15 minutes.
Process
1. You will work in pairs. Search the information from websites the links of which are provided below. As you search the web pages, note down important information that you need for your booklet and power point.Don't forget to make the design as creative as much.
2. Discuss and decide the interesting place in the island should be promoted, kinds of transport,culinary, accommodation, and souvenir that you want to promote. Make it as interesting as much so your works will interested people to visit Lombok Island.

EVALUATION
1. The Booklet (60 points):
- the content (the importance of the information, the diction, the completeness)20 points.
- the design (the layout, the arrangement, the color combination) 20 points.
- the accuracy of the information based on the information at the suggested websites.20 points.
2. The Presentation (40 points):
- the power point (design, arrangement)20 points.
- oral presentation ( the fluency,pronunciation, performance, body language)20 points.

you are now ready to be an ambassador of Lombok Island. You can do promotion to Indonesian people or foreigner. You can also learn about another interesting place in Indonesia. That would be your next task though. For now, you can celebrate your success in this project.
